What is Brownian Motion Technology?
In simple terms, Brownian Motion is the random motion of particles suspended in a fluid (a liquid or a gas) resulting from their collision with the fast-moving atoms or molecules in the gas or liquid.
We have formulated Fuel Juels with minute, micro, and nano particles which utilize this naturally occurring phenomenon. When Fuel Juels is added to the gas tank, the molecules of fuel bombard these particles, which abrade and dissolve in the fuel over time. Friction modifiers, released over time, allow one bottle of Fuel Juels to last up to 6,000 miles or approximately 12 tankfuls of fuel.
WHAT IS PHASE SEPARATION?
Phase separation describes what happens when the ethanol in the gasoline absorbs enough water to fall out of solution.
Ethanol is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs water from the air. As ethanol naturally bonds with these water molecules (see illustration), the resulting compound is heavier than the gasoline the ethanol was originally blended in and sinks to the bottom of the fuel tank.
At this point, there are two or three distinct layers of fluids in the tank. This is what is known as phase separation. To add to the issue, the gasoline layer is now a lower octane due to the removal of the ethanol.
Hydrogen Bridge Technology
We have been able to design a formula that is able to bridge the gap and not only re-bind the ethanol to the gasoline, but also safely eliminate water through the combustion process. Starting with the natural process of ethanol attracting water, we developed Fuel Juels, the only time-released fuel treatment in the world. Three of the ingredients in Fuel Juels remove water (and two of the three also clean). One is soluble in water. One is soluble in fuel. The third is soluble in both. The combination of the three creates a hydrogen bridge that binds the fuel to the ethanol, via the water molecules that are bound to the ethanol.
Why Fuel Juels?
Fights Ethanol
To start with, ethanol is a solvent - this means it dissolves rings, seals, gaskets, and hoses. These dissolved solids can end up clogging fuel lines, carburetors and fuel injectors, which can result in poor performance, loss of power, stalling, and if not addressed, engine failure. Also, the ethanol in your fuel actually ATTRACTS water molecules from the atmosphere. This can cause a wide variety of issues from decreased performance to seized and blown motors. Fuel Juels is formulated to aggressively fight ethanol problems.
Advanced Water Removal
The unique chemistry of our product creates a hydrogen bridge that binds the water molecules and fuel molecules together to solubilize the water and remove it through the combustion process.
Lubricates & Cleans Injectors
The highly concentrated blend of detergents and cleaners lubricates while removing deposits from fuel system components such as injectors, intake valves, and combustion chambers. This helps provide easier starting, less stalling, smoother idling, and better throttle response.
Increases Fuel Mileage
Tested for over 22 months with dyno and fuel cell procedures, Fuel Juels consistently and significantly proved to provide up to a 7% increase fuel mileage.
FUEL JUELS: COMPRESSION TEST RESULTS
The question always asked is, “How does pouring Fuel Juels in the fuel tank increase compression?”
The answer lies in the reaction of polymer particles in Fuel Juels with the fuel inside the combustion chamber. Through Brownian Motion Technology, these polymer particles are nanosize (about 100,000 times smaller than the thickness of a single sheet of newspaper) by the time they reach the fuel injector and dispersed into the cylinder with the fuel. When the spark plug fires, the fuel burns off, plasticizing the polymer particles into the asperities of the cylinder wall. This reduces friction and tolerance, which increases compression while also improving lubrication, and in turn, helps restore and increase fuel mileage. And the best part is that the results last up to 12 tankfuls!
FUEL JUELS: MILEAGE TEST RESULTS
To test the performance of Fuel Juels, we selected four vehicles of varying age and mileage (see chart below). We then performed a baseline test on each to assess the current average distance each vehicle could travel on a set amount of fuel. This was achieved by bypassing the vehicle’s fuel tank and fueling the engine by means of a 2000 gram fuel cell and running the vehicle at 70 miles per hour (MPH) on a chassis dynamometer. The fuel cell used continuously weighs the fuel and is therefore able to precisely deliver a specified amount to the engine - for our testing, we used 0.5 gallons. This pretest was conducted twice for each vehicle to give us the average distance the vehicle would run on the allotted fuel.
After the baseline was determined, we reconnected the vehicle’s fuel tank, treated the fuel with Fuel Juels, and drove the vehicle normally through a minimum of at least 2 tankfuls of fuel, with no further treatment after the first tankful. To gather post-treatment data, we tested the vehicles twice again under the same conditions on the same equipment with the same amount of fuel.
What’s truly amazing is the mileage increases are maintained over six to nine tankfuls of fuel and still showed an increase above the vehicle’s baseline MPG up to 12 tankfuls after treatment. This is possible due to the 3-Phase Time-Release Technology built into our product. This technology utilizes Brownian Motion and makes Fuel Juels the ONLY time-released fuel treatment in the world.
